Payment Policies: 35% to 50% advance deposit depending upon length of stay and signed Reservation Agreement, both due within ten days of booking Balance in full due in full thirty days prior to arrival
Cancellations: For stays of seven nights or les, we must receive notice 30 days prior to arrival.For stays of seven to fourteen nights, we must receive notice 60 days prior to arrival. For stays of fifteen nights or more, we must receive notice 90 days prior to arrival. If the above conditions are met, your advance deposit is refundable, less the processing and cancellation fees.
In the event you must cancel within the non-refundable period, we will do our best to re-rent the property. If we are able to do so, you will receive 80% of funds recovered.
All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available on a limited basis and must be approved by FVC at least one day prior to arrival or departure. Sorry, exceptions cannot be made with less than 24 hours notice.
