Deposits: Reservations are confirmed with an advance deposit in the amount of one night's stay or 25% of the total rental, whichever is greater. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least six weeks prior to your arrival date. With shorter notice, vouchers are given in the amount of the deposit, which may be applied to a future stay. The Inn reserves the right to make changes in room assignments. Any such change would involve units of equal or greater value. Upon arrival, balance is due in full. There are no refunds for early departures.
