A Beachfront Dream - and this house really is! -
Four large lanais and great views from everywhere. This four-bedroom home features two living areas; one casual, one formal and each has great furniture and a large screen television. In addition, there is a game area, an eat-in kitchen with all the amenities including a wine refrigerator and a formal dining area that seats eight. The master suite is really "over the top". It is very spacious with a private, expansive lanai and a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The master bedroom also has a morning kitchen with a small refrigerator and coffee maker, a wall mounted flat screen, a sitting area, a large custom closet and a spacious bath with separate shower and tub. Two of the guest bedrooms open to their own shared lanai. All of the rooms are attractive, comfortable and well furnished and nearly every room has a great view. The grounds and landscaping are beautifully done. There is large, open pool with lots of chaise lounges on the deck and a hot tub. Walk down to the beautiful beach and also to St. Armands - the location is ideal! |

Cancellations: 90 days written notice to receive advance deposit refund, less $100 cancellation fee plus non refundable processing fee.
Arrival/Departure: For stays of seven to fourteen nights, we must receive notice 60 days prior to arrival For stays of fifteen nights or more, we must receive notice 90 days prior to arrival If the above conditions are met, your advance deposit is refundable, less the processing and cancellation fees.
In the event you must cancel within the non-refundable period, we will do our best to re-rent the property. If we are able to do so, you will receive 80% of funds recovered.
All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
