Cancellations: Advance deposits are refunded if written notice is received 90 days prior to commencement date, less $135 cancellation fee

Arrival/Departure: For stays of seven to fourteen nights, we must receive notice 60 days prior to arrival For stays of fifteen nights or more, we must receive notice 90 days prior to arrival If the above conditions are met, your advance deposit is refundable, less the processing and cancellation fees.

In the event you must cancel within the non-refundable period, we will do our best to re-rent the property. If we are able to do so, you will receive 80% of funds recovered.

All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
